Hi Dan!

I'm a founder of a small private school on the beach in Panama, Five Stars Academy, and we are looking for elementary/middle school teachers.  Can I post this info?

Hi Dan, thanks for the welcome. I am based in Sydney Australia. One World School is a project I'm involved in developing. Eventually, we hope to have multiple locations but our initial campus will be in Kalimantan (Indonesian Borneo). Essentially, OWS is an adventure education and experiential learning program which will take groups of 15-16 YO students from different countries, races, religions at the same time to give them experiences of the rainforest, indigenous community life and culture. The program will run for two weeks and have a mixture of off-site expeditions into the rainforest and community projects, formal and informal learning, and a series of personal awareness workshops around the theme of 'world citizens'. We'll have a website up in a month or two and hope to run our first pilot groups early or mid 2014. Cheers, Harris.

Hi Dan,

teaching in India is easier I would say, as you would have a set of well behaved students in your classes. As I teach in grade 11 and 12 the senior students already know the importance of getting admissions in the top Universities hence co-operate well to score better points which makes the entire teaching and learning process interesting.

Cheers,

Isaac
